As a mental health tech company with funding from all levels of the government, we are integrating technology into the therapy experience to improve therapist and client experiences and outcomes. By bringing together every element, from matching with a therapist, managing appointments, accessing resources, and tracking progress directly in the DiveThru app, we are modernizing the therapy experience. The centralization of therapy tools means one less thing to worry about so that clients can focus on what matters — healing.

We’re looking to add a Studio Manager to our DiveThru Crew. This role will be based out of our new location in Windermere, with an anticipated opening date of November 2024. 

Our ideal candidate is a strong leader dedicated to supporting our Studio Coordinators and therapists in delivering top-notch client care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll ensure smooth studio operations, mentor your team and create a sense of community, all while maintaining a welcoming environment and driving continuous improvement.

Ready to join us? Okay, let’s talk about the official stuff:

Your General Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Lead and manage the Studio Coordinator team, including creating weekly schedules and conducting 1-on-1 meetings
  • Oversee and manage therapist schedules and inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Complete weekly inventory and bi-weekly payroll to maintain operational efficiency
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new studio coordinators and therapists to maintain a high standard of client experience
  • Manage the front desk operations, including bookings, inquiries, and client support with payments, scheduling, and app features
  • Plan team-building and volunteering events to foster a positive team culture
  • Foster a client-experience mindset when responding to client requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Communicate regularly with therapists and the studio team to ensure smooth booking, matching, and payment processes
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, submitting regular reports to the Director of Operations to ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with studio updates and processes by attending regular meetings with the Director of Operations

Your Skills:

Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:
  • Experience working in a leadership or managerial role 
  • Experience working in office administration, healthcare, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication
  • A deep interest in learning more about and promoting mental health
  • Ability and desire to work with people of diverse backgrounds

Considered A Plus:
  • Completed courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g. suicide intervention training)
  • Class 5 drivers license

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $60,000-$80,000 annually. 

Location
This role will be based out of our Windermere location, with an anticipated opening date of November 2024. Onboarding and training will take place at both our St. Albert and Whyte Ave locations prior to Windermere’s opening.

Hours 
This is a full-time position. Hours of work will generally be Monday-Friday daytime hours, though evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required.

Compensation
