Through our in-person studios and online platform, we provide mental health support, designed with today’s generation in mind. Our services include therapy and psychological assessments. We also partner with organizations to make mental health support more accessible for their teams. 

We’re excited to be adding Lead Studio Coordinators to our Whyte Ave and Central locations! Please note: this opportunity is open to internal candidates only.

Ready to join us? Okay, let’s talk about the official stuff:

Your General Responsibilities:
  • Set up new DiveThru therapists for direct billing
  • Support in studio ordering while following budgets allocated by the Studio Manager
  • Manage all studio inboxes and respond to, flag or redirect emails as needed  
  • Assist with manual client-therapist matching
  • Stay up-to-date with studio updates and processes by attending and supporting with team meetings, and by staying connected with the Studio Manager & Counselling Lead
  • Support with content creation and filming for our social media platforms
  • Monitor all front desk activities, bookings and inquiries
  • Support clients with payment, direct billing, scheduling, and app features
  • Ensure client forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Contact clients who require follow up or reminders
  • Be in regular communication with therapists and the studio team to ensure client booking, matching, and payment processes are going smoothly
  • Support with maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment

Your Skills:
Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:
  • Experience working at DiveThru as a Studio Coordinator
  • Comfortability navigating change, with a proactive approach to learning, growth, and continuous development.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently is essential, as this role requires managing multiple priorities, handling client inquiries, and supporting therapists simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Thrives when working with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Interest in learning more about and promoting mental health
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication.
Considered A Plus:
  • Certification in office or business administration studies or a healthcare-related field
  • Completed courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g. suicide intervention training, mental health first aid)

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $23.50/hour.

Hours of work
This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone that is able to provide flexible coverage for studio needs (including evenings and weekends).

Location
We’re hiring two Lead Studio Coordinators—one for our Central location (1145 104 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5K 2S2) and one for our Whyte Ave location (10151 81 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 1W9). While you'll be primarily based at one studio, there may be times when we ask you to support other locations as needed.
